Q1: What materials can you cast?

We offer a wide range of materials, including:

• Stainless steel: SUS304, SUS316, SUS410/CA15

• Carbon steel: S25C, S45C

• Aluminum alloys: ADC12, AC4C/A356

Q2: What is your casting process?

We specialize in lost wax investment casting using the silica sol method, which allows for fine surface finishes, tight tolerances, and stable mechanical performance. Vacuum-assisted casting is available for thin-wall and high-precision parts.

Q3: What tolerances can you achieve?

Typical dimensional tolerances fall within CT5–CT6 standard, or approximately ±0.05 mm to ±0.1 mm, depending on geometry and size.

Q4: What is your production weight and size range?

We can produce castings ranging from approximately 10 grams up to 80 kilograms, with various shapes and wall thicknesses down to 2.0mm.

Q5: Do you provide machining and surface finishing?

Yes. We offer Conventional / CNC machining, vibratory finishing, shot blasting, and custom jigs & fixtures for secondary operations. Heat treatment and other finishing processes are available through our qualified partners.

Q6: Do you manufacture tooling in-house?

Yes. We design and fabricate aluminum and steel molds in-house to ensure full control over quality, precision, and lead time.

Q7: What is your typical lead time?

• Tooling & sampling: 25 ~ 45 working days.

• Production orders: 45 ~ 60 working days depending on volume and process.

Q8: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer flexible MOQs to support new product development. Small batches starting from 50 pieces are acceptable, depending on part size and complexity.

Q9: What quality control processes do you follow?

All parts are thoroughly inspected using:

• Spectrometer for material composition

• CMM and gauges for dimensional accuracy after machining.

• Visual and surface inspection for defects

Q10: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We regularly ship parts to Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, and other global markets via air or sea freight. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP shipping terms.

Q11: Do you sign NDAs or handle confidential projects?

Absolutely. We welcome NDA agreements and treat all client data, drawings, and communications with strict confidentiality.

Q12: What are your payment terms?

• Tooling fees are typically 100% prepaid
